According to source, The women’s basketball team will play the College of the Holy Cross tomorrow at 1 p.m. in Hart Recreation Center in Worcester, Mass.

The Crusaders are the next Patriot League opponent that could stand between the Mountain Hawks and a possible league title.

The Hawks have suffered close losses to three of the four league opponents they have faced so far, capped by a heartbreaking home-court 57-54 loss to archrival Lafayette College on Jan. 22.

“We didn’t play our best, but we can’t dwell on that game,” said senior guard Erica Prosser, who was named to the 2010 All-Tournament team for her stellar performance in last year’s league championship game. “We learned from it and we are feeling good going into Holy Cross.”

Lehigh fell to both Navy and Army earlier in the month, 63-62 and 54-52 respectively. The Hawks bounced back with a decisive 75-57 rout of Colgate University on Jan. 19, before facing the Leopards three days later.

Prosser has started in all 20 games for Lehigh this season and leads the team scoring with 249 points on the season, averaging 12.5 per game. Senior forward Courtney Dentler is close behind with 246 points for the season and an average of 12.3 per game. Dentler leads the team in rebounds with 118 so far, and junior forward Alexa Williams has pulled down 108 of her own.
