Present Obama hoping to improve Job Readiness Among College Community

President Obama talked to Northern Virginia Community College about improving skills for America’s Future. It is a program made to increase partnerships with community colleges and industry leaders. The aim of the program of is improve workforce development, job placement numbers and job training programs.

According to President Obama, they launched skills for America’s future to bring companies and communities together. The idea is simple,which is making workers gain new knowledge that will make America more competitive in the Economy.

Manufacturing Institute, which is created by Aspen Institute and the Obama Administration, in partnership with National Association of Manufacturers will give 500,000 students at community college assistance in searching for jobs in the industry.

According to the administration, manufacturing sector already created more than 230,000 jobs since 2010.
