For the first time since the 2007-08 season, the UAA Men’s Basketball team has appeared in the top 25 rankings in Division II. The Seawolves, currently on an 11-game winning streak, checked in 25th in Tuesday’s latest poll. UAA is among three schools from the west region in the rankings. CSU-Dominguez Hills is ranked 7th, while GNAC foe Central Washington is 17th. The Seawolves own a win over the Wildcats this season.

UAA will be without point guard Drew Robinson for this week’s road trip to Simon Fraser and Western Washington. Robinson sustained a concussion and an ankle sprain on the same play last weekend, and he’s being held out as a precaution.

The UAA Women stayed in the Division II poll, moving up one spot from 12th to 11th.
