See tips on how to get the college girl of your dreams or college guy on our university blog
According to the news – Friends of Crime Lab Inc. in partnership with Gannett Foundation and MCV Broadband and the support of University of Guam, U.S. Attorney’s Office, attorney general, the Guam Police Department, Guam Community College, members of the Guam Bar Association and a lot of volunteers have planned for their pilot programs for months.
The students will have their enjoyable crime lab special tour, where they will have the chance to learn how real forensic scientists and investigators give solution to tough cases. They will also learn from experienced experts about how they work through hard problems.
On lunch time students will have the chance to listen to experts and community leaders about their careers and education. At the end of the program, the students will recognize that forensic science, when coupled with traditional criminal investigation is a great formula to solve crimes.
Participants will need to put their brand news skills to work the processing of a mock crime scene. They will use some CSI tools, assess the scene, lift latent fingerprints, make a sketch, collect the biological and other evidence, prepare evidence logs, take crime-scene photographs and report their findings. After they completed the exercise, they will discuss their work with real attorneys and experts for the preparation of the trial. Their CSI participants will testify about their investigation, evidence and results in an evidentiary hearing before a real judge.
At the conclusion of their fun-filled program, they hope that their participants will be provided a roadmap to help achieve their dreams, appreciate the need for education, and commit to being good citizens.
