According to source, The Marist College men’s basketball team finishes its regular season tonight when the Red Foxes travel to Albany to play at Siena.

With the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference tournament less than a week away in Bridgeport, Conn., the Red Foxes (5-25) will be either the No. 9 or No. 10 seed by the end of today.

Marist (3-14 MAAC) can claim the ninth seed by beating the Saints (11-17, 7-10), or if Niagara (8-22, 4-13) beats visiting Manhattan (6-23, 3-14) in a game that begins at 2 p.m.

If Marist and Niagara both lose today, the Red Foxes will be the No. 10 seed going into the tournament.

The Red Foxes have lost 12 straight MAAC games, including Friday’s 80–64 setback to visiting Rider. Overall, Marist has lost 12 of its last 13 games.
