For most college students, college is rewarding during summer school, as classes are shorter and time goes by faster and is less tuition.

Most college students usually go home or go back to where they grew up to see family, if they do not have to go to summer school.

Also summer school can cost a lot less for out of state students that attend a school, where they pay out of state fees. For example, UNLV charges more the double during the fall and spring semester, where in the summer every student gets a in state fee only, no out of state fees apply in the summer.

At UNLV you can see the tuition and fees one can expect to pay for school. Also dorms costs about $8,000 to $15,000 a year depending on what school and location.
