According to source – Taylor University has named three new vice presidents. They are filling enrollment management and marketing, chief financial officer and student development positions.
Taylor University has promoted three longtime administrators to vice presidential posts.
Stephen Mortland, Stephen Olson and Dr. Skip Trudeau, have correspondingly been named V . P . for Enrollment Management and Marketing, V . P . for Finance/Chief Financial Officer and V . P . for Student Development and Dean of Students.
Mortland, a 1985 Taylor alumnus, has offered at Taylor for 22 years, yesteryear 17 as Dean of Enrollment Management. Throughout that point, he was accountable for the admissions, student retention and educational funding efforts and was billed with development and control over proper and operational initiatives to draw in, enroll and retain students. In the new role, Mortland continues oversight from the admissions, retention and educational funding areas as well as oversee Taylor’s marketing efforts.

Taylor University is a private, interdenominational, evangelical Christian college located in Upland, Indiana. Founded in 1846.
Taylor’s University can play an active role in helping the nation achieve a knowledge-based society by offering quality programmes to students, Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said.
He said the institution could perform well if it focused on niche areas such as hospitality, business management, engineering and technology.
Taylor’s celebrated its 40th anniversary last year. Mohamed Khaled said the university had met all the criteria set by the ministry before being awarded the university status.
