University of Central Arkansas has a new coach for women’s tennis team

According to the news – University of Central Arkansas Athletic Director Dr. Brad Teague announced on Monday the hiring of Jeff Borengasser. He is now the new coach for the women’s team that will lead the tennis program.

When Borengasser stayed at Westminster College his women’s squad won the league twice and lead the
men’s team six St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference titles in seven years. He compiled 65-37 record and 51-45 record for women from 2004 to 2010.

He became instructor since September at Burns Park Tennis Center in North Little Rock. Jeff Borengasser studied at Truman State University taking up bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He earned his master’s degree in health and human perform from Iowa State University.
