Interracial Dating Love Ends up Happily Ever After

Natalee Howell from Jamaica, who studied at the University of the District of Columbia, met David Snider, born in England through an online dating site for interracial couples. They clicked after weeks of chatting by phone at night and whenever possible.

 

Howell hasn’t been into an interracial relationship and was new to online dating. Snider got hooked upon seeing Howell’s tiny photo and immediately contacted her and started to ask questions. He thought she was the one he was all looking for.

 

Howell then started to focus on Snider and they have knowing each other very well. To their surprise, they have a lot of things in common like moving to the District from other countries at the age of 5 years old. They both have children named after flowers, Violet and Jazmyne aged 4 and 14.

 

Snider was so honest, caring and a very sweet man, she thought. He doesn’t want playing games. He fell in love with Howell so he finally asked her for a date but Howell refused as she is has been very aware about the dangers of online dating and she was bothered it can destroy everything they have started.

 

But then later she agreed for a meeting when Snider joked to stand across the street and just wave at each other. She was conscious about what would be her neighbors’ reaction when they saw her going out with a white man, she then asked Snider to just pick her up near her building. She could hardly eat due to anxiousness when they were in Snider’s apartment in Alexandria.

 

Snider proved his sincerity when he kissed her. Howell then felt very comfortable as it became clear that the chemistry is still there. She felt she already loved him.

 

They started to frequently see each other. Snider made her feel mesmerize by his transparency and generosity to other people. Her family made her feels secure to their relationship as soon as Snider expressed his concern about their racial differences.

 

Snider says it was all worth it! He had found the one he wants to be forever with and that he could not be easily dragged away until Natalie called things off. Howell thought that it was a breach of trust when he told the mother of his daughter about her personal life. After few weeks, Howell called him and reconciled.

 

Snider proposed to her and they got married on September 9 at the Ritz-Carlton in Georgetown.
