West Virginia Wesleyan College Announces West Virginia Scholar program Winners

According to the news – The winner for West Virginia Scholar program at West Virginia Wesleyan College is Angela Pittinger from Charles Town. She graduated from Washington High School in Jefferson County.

She will receive four year renewable scholarship to Wesleyan. It covers her tuition fees, room and board.

Angela Pittinger participated in show choir, key club, played tennis and a member of the National Honor Society. She is hoping to study pre-law in college.

The first runner up is from West Union named Shane Yeater. She will receive $5,000 a year toward his tuition at Wesleyan. The second runner is from Roane County High School named Elaine Ashman . She will receive $2,500 a year toward her tuition at Wesleyan.
